Please read the information on Delivery and Orders as well as our Refund and Return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges.  This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

Delivery

When will I get my order?
Orders are fulfilled within 3–7 business days and shipped out. Estimated delivery time in the USA is 3-4 business days.  Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
My order should be here, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the courier left it with them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t at the post office or with your neighbor, contact us at support@andrewchrist.design with your order number.
If there was an address mistake, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If you have questions, contact us at support@andrewchrist.design.

Orders

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with facilities worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the most efficient location
I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at support@andrewchrist.design within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Your order number.
  • Any relevant details about the issue.

We’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What if my package is lost in transit?

Before reaching out to us, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
Because all products are made on demand, we currently don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@andrewchrist.design.
Can I return my order?
Customers should contact us before returning any products.  Returns due to buyer’s remorse are not accepted.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We don’t offer size/color exchanges at this time.  Because our products are made on demand, size/color exchanges would require an entirely new item.  If you’re unsure which size fits best, refer to our size charts on the individual product page.  If an item is mislabeled, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Address & Unclaimed Shipments

The return address is set to Printful’s facility.

  • If a package goes unclaimed, it will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You’ll be liable for reshipping costs.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies, contact us at support@andrewchrist.design with photos, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Refund Policy for Lost Orders & Fulfillment Errors

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Printful covers replacements for fulfillment mistakes but does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
